Seabrook properties do require an amenity card before checking in to any property. Seabrook Island has private Club amenities. Guests need an amenity card to access these Club amenities. Rental guests need an amenity card in order to access club facilities. While on Island the amenity card functions as a credit card and access card to the facilities. We are a cashless Island; all charges will go to the credit card linked. The Amenity office is located at 1002 Landfall Way. Amenity Card Essentials: • 💳 A $15 refundable deposit per card. • 📆 Daily/weekly Amenity Fee : $40/day or $225/week. • 🔄 Additional guests with separate credit cards: $50 admin fee per card. Card Collection Options: 🏢 In-Office Pickup: Available during operating hours. 📦 Lockbox: Perfect for arrivals after 1 pm. Details will be emailed/texted. 📬 Mailing: Request 15 days before arrival, with a $5 mailing fee. Confirmation email upon mailing.
