Rental guests need an amenity card in order to access club facilities. While on Island the amenity card functions as a credit card and access card to the facilities. We are a cashless Island; all charges will go to the credit card linked. The Amenity office is located at 1002 Landfall Way. Amenity Card Essentials: • 💳 A $15 refundable deposit per card. • 📆 Daily/weekly Amenity Fee : $40/day or $225/week. • 🔄 Additional guests with separate credit cards: $50 admin fee per card. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Place was as described and pictured. Loved the inclusion of the amenity card and the seclusion of the location. It was about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach and we loved biking around the Island as well. We will book again when we return to Seabrook.

Peaceful and serene condo on Seabrook with access to all amenities! I would definitely like to come back and stay at this specific condo. Well appointed, clean and peaceful!
