A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Me, my daughter and father stayed 4 nights so we could visit my son who is in the Coast Guard, he actually came and stayed 2 nights with us. The Unit was extremely clean, mattresses could probably use an upgrade, but not bad. The outside of the property was not maintained very well. Backyard needed to be cut or weeded, but that didn't bother us cause we didn't stay outside. Kitchen was well stocked. TV situation was not great as we aren't a streaming family - just wanted to watch local news and weather, but hey we got cell phones. Overall stay was great and we had an amazing time with my son.

House tidy and welcoming. The front bushes need trimming but overall great experience.

Jacks place was extremely beautiful and clean. Looked better in person. One of the rooms had very dim lighting but it might have been a defective bulb. Everything was perfect. Not too far from kings street. Would love to stay here again.
