This is NOT a party house! Guests will be asked to leave if there is a complaint from neighbors or officials regarding a party. Thank you for understanding. We love our neighbors and respect their peace! With a paid pet fee per pet, we will allow up to 2 small-medium dogs. All dogs must be supervised and/or leashed at all times. Guests are responsible for their pet's actions while at the home. Please pick up after your pet. If you have any questions, please inquire with our team. Thank you!

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Jack was a great host and the property was as pictured! He was super responsive and accommodating. There is a beautiful view of the lake that’s nice for watching the sunset. The house was spacious, clean and beautiful. It’s also super close to the airport and downtown Charleston—which is a plus. We would stay again!

This was our second time staying at Jack’s place and we truly enjoyed it. The home was super clean and welcoming. Jack even listed links for amenities in the area. The home is so spacious!
