The house is cute, nice layout. Limited kitchen supplies if you like to cook. Nice parks close by. The train can be heard, you get use it. Communication with the management company started great, ended as fair. The outside amenities had some shortcomings, the grill needed a lot of cleaning to use, some of the outside chairs were wobbly, the backyard was a nice size, and the corn-hole boards were not useable. Various bugs found around the house. Location is convenient to many of the north downtown area. The pictures are a good representation of the actual house.

My dad and I enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and convenient to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend this and would also stay here for future trips.

There were a few issues with this property, but after one e-mail, a repair person came and fixed all the issues and them some that he saw. Friendly, knowledgeable and able to handle the issues. The couch was extremely soiled and needed to be either replaced or deep cleaned, but we were compensated for this. I would high recommend StayDuvet and will definitely use them again.
