This area features plenty of seating with its large micro suede sofa between matching side tables with lamps, club chair, café table with chairs, rattan-woven poufs, writing desk, and rolling chair. Here you will also find a large flat-screen TV atop a distressed console table making it the ultimate lounge space after a long day of travel. *1 Bedroom. Through the living room is the master bedroom which has a plush king sized bed on a tuft bedframe, two matching bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, wall mirror, and dresser cabinet. *A Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Dining. The kitchen is located through the bedroom toward the back side of the house and features stone countertops, open shelving, cabinet storage, and dining space. It comes fully-equipped with a brand new refrigerator/freezer, an oven, stovetop, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, knife block, and basic cookware. The long white dining table along the kitchen window, provides seating for 4. The brand new stacked washer and dryer is also located in the back corner of the kitchen. *1 Bathroom. The full bathroom, located off of the kitchen, features new fixtures, a vanity with stone countertops, a glass bowl sink and a full bathtub/shower. *An Outdoor Patio with Seating. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
