The 3rd bedroom upstairs has two double beds & a leather couch / futon for maximum sleeping arrangements. ‘The Wishing Well’ has white-oak hardwood floors & tall ceilings w/ recessed lighting throughout. Stylish accents & seating abound both inside & outdoors. A front porch w/ 2 rocking chairs & a bench overlooks a quiet neighborhood street. Thoughtfully manicured landscaping includes a mature, pink azalea, should you be lucky enough to book while it’s in bloom. On the back deck, there’s patio furniture seating for 6+ guests & a covered gas grill. Relax in the unit’s grassy backyard surrounded by a 6-ft. privacy-fence & a number of tall live oaks. Here you’ll find the home’s namesake characteristic: an onsite fully-functioning well covered by a wooden-shingled roof. The kitchen is a dream for any chef(s) in your group inspired by the culinary delights afforded from the Lowcountry's natural bounty. There are 2 stoves including a gas 5-burner built into a white stone counter-topped island. Above the stove is a vent hood. New, stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave & a deep basin sink w/disposal & a retractable, coil faucet. Just off the kitchen, there’s a separate laundry room w/ a washer/dryer, & folding area. The main level’s open floor plan continues from the kitchen into the dining room/living room. For meals, there’s on a gorgeous 10-ft. wooden, dining room table w/ 5 chairs & a bench. Seating for 7- 8 can be enjoyed beneath a coastal, seagrass overhead lighting fixture. The kitchen's island has 4 barstools for morning coffee, cocktails, or additional dinner seating. The living room at ‘The Wishing Well’ boasts a mounted 65” smart tv & console shelf that houses a sound bar. Catch up on your favorite shows from the comfort of the couch or one of our cozy, leather-upholstered wooden chairs. FYI: there are also smart televisions in all 3 bedrooms & password-protected wi-fi w/ easy-to-follow instructions in the property’s welcome notes. The master bedroom on the first floor has a luxurious king-sized bed flanked by attractive lamp-topped bedside tables & a matching dresser. A private, attached master bath includes a large soaking tub w/ a shower, dual-vanity sinks, & a walk-in closet of epic-sized proportions. The second bedroom on the same floor is separated from the common areas by a long hallway where there's a full bathroom with a tub/shower & a single sink vanity. Head up the stairs (14 steps in total) from the living room to the home’s 2nd story, ideal for either children or simply the young-at-heart. The room has 2 side-by-side double beds, a full-sized leather couch/futon, a dresser, & a pair of desks. The upstairs bedroom has its own private bathroom w/ a rainfall shower head + wand combo & incredible natural lighting. There's 1 large walk-in closet & 1 repurposed closet “fort” w/ a kid’s-sized Ms. Pac-Man arcade, & a shag rug. There are even 2 bean bag chairs for reading, tv, &/or gaming.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two story home & backyard, easily accessible & well-lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into the semi-circle driveway which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5-star hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Mount Pleasant, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-8 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the Township of Mount Pleasant Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Butterfly garden and nicely furnished off-leash dog runs are a bonus on the trail. Walmart Supercenter conveniently located nearby as well.
