Mount Pleasant/Cooper River: Our home is nestled in the charming residential neighborhood of Harbour Watch. Nearby is Old Village which has a great old town charm but is filled with natural beauty and modern convenience. It is centrally located just off of Coleman Boulevard and is bordered on one side by beautiful and historic Shem Creek which boasts some of the best seafood found on the East Coast. Shem Creek is one of the most iconic locations in the Charleston area. While it is still home to the last of the local fishing boats, Shem Creek is regularly frequented by kayakers, paddle-boarders, and sunset revelers who enjoy the lively scene on the water. Our home is conveniently located close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Cinebarre, and all the Shem Creek day & nightlife including some of my favorites like; The Shelter, Tavern & Table, Red’s Icehouse, Page’s Okra Grill, Water’s Edge, Saltwater Cowboys, and the Wreck of the Richard & Charlene.

We rented this house with visiting family as too priority! It was the perfect fit! The location was amazing! We loved the view! We entertained and visited in the well equipped kitchen. The house was clean and check in was smooth and easy! We are already looking at a time to come back and rent again!

If you are looking for the perfect house for your Charleston girls trip this is it!!! Just spent a long weekend with 6 of my girlfriends and we had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful, clean, had wonderful open spaces for us to sit and enjoy coffee talk and cocktail talk!! It was everything we could have asked for. They even have paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes to explore town in. Charleston is a short 10 min, $10 Uber away. Mt Pleasant is also adorable and offers so much to do! I can’t recommend this house enough! I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone I know!!
This is a really special property, in a really special place. Beautiful construction, lovely decor, great location. The home is tucked away on the side of the river and surrounding wetlands, in a quiet enclave with similar homes -- wonderful views of the bridge, river, sunsets, passing ships. And yet it's also a very quick 15-minute drive to the downtown Charleston, which has history, architecture, and FOOD. Oh, the food. Everything you've heard about Charleston as a charming and fun adult getaway destination are true. And this home is terrific home base to experience it all. We look very much forward to going back.
