Our spacious third floor studio ‘Unit D’ at 564 King St is ideal for 2 guests featuring 1 Queen bedroom, 1 full bath with a walk in shower (1BR/1BA). Located just off of King Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! There is a Parking Garage located directly next to the building that guests can pay to park. Accessed by its own entrance/exit, You will head up two sets of stairs to the third floor and to your left down the hall will be Unit D. Unit D features an open floor plan with high ceilings, exposed brick, a Queen Bedroom with a closet and a cozy lounge space, making it great for a couple looking to spend time together while enjoying a visit to Charleston. The lounge space features a large green couch, 2 side tables with lamps and is equipped with a flat-screen Roku TV. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware, a coffee maker with locally roasted coffee for guest use and a breakfast bar with 2 stools . A shared full-size washer/dryer on-site is located on the first floor as you enter the building. It is also important to note that there is an Emergency Exit located on the second floor and third floor of this building, this is an Exit Only and you will not be able to enter back in to the building once you have exited this door.
Guests will have exclusive access to Unit D. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into the onsite parking garage, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

We recommend going to The Daily for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants and Charleston's best nightlight scene. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. This unit is on King Street and across the street from a bar that sometimes has live music late night. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel.

Great place . Located behind the Hyatt on King St., Charleston, this place rocks! Parking is in the hotel parking garage.
Our stay was great and we enjoyed the space and location. However, we did make a request for towels and toilet paper which was never acknowledged. We ended up having to source toilet paper elsewhere so we didn’t run out. The hot water was unreliable and would come and go, but would mostly go. Our showers were pretty much all in cold water. Finally there was construction going on in the bottom floor of the building which would start very early in the morning (around 7am) and was very loud and disruptive.
