The Space

Newly Renovated Our spacious home, ‘The Tranquil Token ’, is ideal for groups of 6-9 guests. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The hallway bath has a double vanity sink space for luxury. There is an en suite bathroom off the master and a full bathroom located in the hallway for the other 3 bedrooms and the common room to share. This home includes a spacious sitting room at the entrance, a large living room area adjacent to the open kitchen, and a sunroom. Located off of the Sun room in the back Yard is a brand new Salt water hot tub with built in speaker Waterfall and LED lights : ) Located in North Charleston off of I-526, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (exterior). The "The Tranquil Token " features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining room table with 8 seats and has beautiful accent walls throughout the main living space. The home is one level "Ranch Style" all bedrooms are conveniently located. The master bedroom, living room, guest bedrooms will each have their own flat-screen Roku powered TV. The Sun/Game/Office room has a life size Chess game and a desk to work on. The Master bedroom features a walk-in closet. Master bedroom is a king bed, bedroom 2 Is a king bed, bedroom 3 is a king bed, bedroom 4 is a queen bed located off of the kitchen. The Sun room features games to play with your family or friends. Our team provides basic login credentials for Netflix and Sling TV, so feel free to use your own Amazon or Hulu account during your stay. The home does come with its own Hot tub located in the back yard off of the sun room, it will seat 4-6 people comfortably in the tub. There are built-in speakers with blue tooth, LED lights and waterfall to add extra relaxation during your stay. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated stainless steel appliances and an island countertop, with basic cooking/kitchenware to enjoy home-cooked meals and quality family time together. Dinnerware for 8 people is provided. The coffee maker is a Keurig K-duo with Keurig reusable pods and a regular traditional coffee pot all in one! There is a Food Lion Grocery store within one mile for any last minute needs.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property, including fully fenced in backyard with outdoor living space and neighborhood boat landing access that is a 15 minute walk from the home. I can give recommendations for kayak and paddle board rentals or you can bring your own.

Interaction with Guests

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. During your stay, our 5* hosting company, StayDuvet, will be on hand to assist with every aspect of your stay. From checking you in, to giving you recommendations, and directing you to the best local attractions. You can enjoy water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. You will also be provided with a special visitor's guide for your visit so you can discover the best things to do and see.

I also have a pack and play in the master bedroom closet. I have child-sized utensils and plates in the kitchen. I have a child-friendly environment. If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, the Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. There is a boat landing in the neighborhood. Please notify me if you plan to bring a boat, trailer or RV of any kind. This should be communicated at the time of the booking up-front. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. No Pets Allowed Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for after-hours noise as inside voices can be heard by neighbors if you are on the back patio we ask that you please honor these requests during your stay. The Neighborhood

This is nestled just off of the I-526 off of exit 15, which makes traveling anywhere in the Tri-County area a breeze. I-526 also provides easy access to I-26 to downtown Charleston. The surrounding towns and destinations of Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, West Ashley, Hanahan, Boeing, and the Charleston International Airport are all a short 10 to15 minute drive. We are also located near the Tanger Outlet and Coliseum/Performing Arts Center. A quick 13-minute drive to Park Circle, our North Charleston downtown district is very unique to the Charleston area. We have salons, shops, various businesses, theatre, numerous annual festivals and parades, as well as, a deliciously diverse array of dining options. Oh, and a pretty happening nightlife too. Come check us out day or night. There’s always something to do and great people to meet.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The beds are on the soft side, a little too soft for my preference, but if you prefer that then you will be very comfortable. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown! David was a great host and was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this stay!

3 generations enjoyed laughter, conversation and wine in beautiful interior and invigorating hot tub. Quiet location, yet within 7 minutes of varied restaurants and shopping and 20 minutes of Patriot Point (Naval Museum and air craft carrier), historic Charleston and Riley park, and Angel Oak tree on John’s Island. Wished we had more time as would have loved to do the ghost and historic tours!

Our stay at The Tranquil Token was amazing. Everything was clean, the kitchen was stocked with pots/utensils and snacks! There was even laundry soap! My sister enjoyed the hottub and my Grandfather enjoyed the large TV. The only complaint amongst the party was the "spooky" artwork and graphics. If you are religious, it may throw you off a bit. Even with that I'd still 10/10 recommend this listing and Stay Duvet as a whole. I hope the company grows outside of South Carolina because everyone deserves to experience this quality of service and accommodation.
