Our spacious 2nd & 3rd floor condo, ‘The Sunset Suite’, is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located above Coquin Petite Cafe off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs that is a common area , The Sunset Suite features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 4 seats and spacious living room with plush comfy couches. Newly renovated full bathroom just off of the main living space. Bedrooms are located on the second level (floor 3 in building), with the second full bathroom just off of the bedroom hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. Guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private rooftop terrace on the third level (floor 4 in building). The café below the rental has outdoor dining as well for locals and our guests to enjoy.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and in a parking lot behind the home, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

Our guests and neighbors also rave about Coquin Petite Cafe located nearby. We recommend going here for a tapas plat of Fromage, delicious desserts, wine and eats. It's located just below the unit. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants.
