The Space

Our spacious 2 floor home, ‘The Spritz’, is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and one half bath. Located just off of Warren Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by it's own entrance/exit, Spritz features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. Second-floor master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, luxury linens, and complete with a full ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms also located on the second level, with a full guest bathroom off of the main bedroom hall. Each of the guest bedrooms with its own Queen-size bed and luxury linens. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. Kitchen also features spacious center island with built-in breakfast bar with seating for 4. Second-floor balcony off of master overlooks spacious backyard with grass and cozy patio with seating for four.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull two small to midsize cars off the street and into a driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Interaction with guests

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Radcliffeborough: Our house is situated in the quiet and charming downtown neighborhood of Radcliffeborough. Nestled between the Medical University and upper-King street, this neighborhood is conveniently located to provide easy access to all the best restaurants, shops and nightlife. There’s plenty to keep you entertained here day and night, with many art galleries, cafés, restaurants and bars. Go for a stroll in the day and enjoy the people watching, followed by a cocktail in one of the many trendy bars and perhaps then a live music gig. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the best entertainment and nightlife Charleston has to offer! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of King Street, we also recommend wandering around our neighborhood to discover the area’s cozy bars, gourmet restaurants and unique shops.
