The Space

Leave your weekday worries at the door in our cozy two-story stay, “The Speakeasy” - with 4bd/3.5ba, this space would be ideal for groups/families of up to 10 people. To make unloading for your stay a breeze, this home also features its own driveway with plenty of space for the whole crew. Step inside the front entrance to the open-concept front foyer - where you will find the dining area to your left and the spacious living area right to your front. The dining room features a formal dining table with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 located just through the archway in the kitchen - plenty of space for everyone to get together and share a meal after a long day exploring the low-country. For your convenience, the kitchen has been fully stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware necessities for making the perfect dish. Over in the living area, you’ll find a large sectional fit for the whole crew and an HDTV mounted on the wall to enhance your stay. This space would be the perfect place to wind down the night with a good movie/tv show. Right off of the living/kitchen area, you also have your own fenced-in outdoor oasis - providing ample room for the kids (or adults I mean we like to have fun too) to play around while maintaining privacy from the surrounding neighbors. Back inside towards the front stairwell, we have the first of four bedrooms. This room has been adorned with a comfortable queen size bed and the cutest tropical accent pieces to really bring the space to life. For your convenience, there is a half-bath located in the hallway for use by this bedroom and the common area. If you continue to the second floor of the home, you will find the other 3 bedrooms of the home as well as a bonus room with additional sleeping space. The first bedroom, the master, has been furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and features plenty of storage for your belongings + its own private ensuite. The other two rooms each feature two twin-size beds and a queen-size bed, respectively, with a shared full-bathroom located in the hallway between them. Last but certainly not least, you have your bonus room - the perfect hideout for kids, teens, or young adults. Featuring a sizeable trundle bed, large HDTV, plenty of seating, and lots of board games for those occasional rainy afternoons. At The Martini, it’s only the best of the best for our guests.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the whole house. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into the driveway which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Interaction with Guests

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do, and can direct you to the best local things-to-do such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

Other Things to Note

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON! Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

Park Circle is only 10 minutes away! Check out Lola - What began as a food truck dishing out New Orleans-style food has grown into a full-sized restaurant along East Montague in Park Circle. While the dining room has expanded, the kitchen still operates out of the original food truck. Stems and Skins! One of Park Circle’s two wine bars, Stems & Skins is the result of a collaboration between former Husk sommelier Matt Tunstall and former Bull Street Gourmet owner Justin Croxall. Touting the slogan “Fresh and Funky Ferments,” they deliver on this promise. When stopping in for a glass here, try one of the bottles of pet-nat, a wine that utilizes an ancient method of natural fermentation for a sparkling treat. To complement the drinks, try the octopus and olive skewers and ricotta honey. Lotus Vietnamese - One of the few places in Charleston to get traditional Vietnamese food, Lotus provides an upscale dining experience with a unique menu. Start the meal off with the green curry mussels before ordering one of the large bowls of pho bo, a traditional beef pho with thinly sliced sirloin. Evo Pizzeria- With devoted diners naming this eatery as one of the best pizza places in town, EVO offers a straightforward menu of pizzas, salads, and a handful of classic appetizers like pulled mozzarella and wood-fired olives. On your first visit to this popular neighborhood pizzeria, you need to experience a taste of the Pistachio Pesto pie or Pork Trifecta pizza. Better yet, bring a friend along and split both. The North Charleston Farmers Market (4800 Park Circle) Quarterman Park (1126 Buist Ave.) is the perfect location for some people watching + relaxation. It’ll be hard to pass up spending time at this park filled with plenty of shady trees to lounge under and a pond filled with wildlife to watch, especially on a hot summer day.
