Live like a true Charlestonian in our downtown 2nd-story stay, “The Sheppard (Suite B)” - with 4bd/4ba this home would be ideal for groups/families of up to 8 people. Located just off of King Street, so parking and proximity are no issue here. As you walk up to your private stairwell and step inside the home, you will enter into the open-concept living/dining room - where you will find a dining table with seating for three + a lounge area with a sizeable HDTV to enhance your stay. It’s the perfect place to hang out and share a meal over your favorite movie/show. Just past the living area, you will find the kitchen which has been fully stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware necessities. The kitchen also includes additional seating for four at the countertop, so between this space and the living/dining room, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out during meals. As “The Sheppard (Suite B)” features a single-floor layout, all 4 bedrooms and bathrooms are located just down the hall from the common areas. Three of which have been adorned with luxurious king-sized beds and are accompanied by their own private ensuite (which have all been recently updated with modern furnishings/appliances). The fourth bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and all the good vibes you could need - from the fun green side tables to the bright color scheme that surrounds it. Right outside in the hallway, there is an additional full bathroom to be shared between this room and the common area. We have also included a washer-dryer set at the end of the hallway just in case you need to do a load during your stay. With everything you need, “The Sheppard (Suite B)” is the place to be for a good time, a great stay, and some even better memories to last a lifetime.
Guests will have access to the entire second-floor space along with all the appliances and amenities provided with the listing. You will have access to one off-street parking space during your stay.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Leons, Little Jacks, Melfi's, Maison, Rodney Scotts, Berkeleys, The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, and the Graft (Wine) or Vintage (Cocktails) for drinks. We recommend going to The Daily for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants and Charleston's best nightlight scene. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel.
