Time to kick back and relax at our downtown 2nd-story stay, “The Savannah Suite B” - with 3bd/2ba this home would be ideal for groups/families of up to 6 people. Located just off of King Street in the Crosstown neighborhood, so parking and proximity are no issue here. As you enter the home through your own private stairwell, you will step inside to the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area - which features plenty of space for the whole crowd including a high-top dining table with seating for six, a comfortable lounge area, and an HD flatscreen TV to use as you please. On top of all that, the kitchen has been stocked with all the basic cooking/kitchenware necessities, so you’ll have everything you need to make the perfect meal or snack for your crew. As “The Savannah Suite B” features a single-floor layout, you will find that all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the home are located just down the hall from the common areas on the second floor. Two of the rooms have luxurious king-sized beds - one of which is accompanied by its own private ensuite (which has been recently updated with modern furnishings/appliances). The third bedroom, last but certainly not least, boasts a comfortable queen size bed and the cutest little accents to brighten your mood. Back in the hallway, you will find another full bathroom to be shared between this room and the other bedroom + a washer-dryer set in case you need to do a load while you’re here (I mean we are at the beach after all). With everything you need, “The Savannah Suite B” is the place to be for a good time, a great stay, and some even better memories to last a lifetime.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into the parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Leons, Little Jacks, Melfi's, Maison, Rodney Scotts, Berkeleys, The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, and the Graft (Wine) or Vintage (Cocktails) for drinks. We recommend going to The Daily for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants and Charleston's best nightlight scene. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel.

The house was spotless and in terms of location within Charleston it was perfect. It was right on the entrance to the highway and the traffic was very loud
Great place to stay. StayDuvet was easy to contact during our stay and we’re quick to answer our questions. The apartment was clean and well kept. It was easy to access for all points around Charleston and it was nice having dedicated parking. The apartment is between the on and off ramp of the highway so the traffic is quite loud but after a day, we were used to it.
