Experience the one-of-a-kind local atmosphere of Downtown Charleston at our 1st-floor stay, “The Savannah Suite A” - with 3bd/2ba this home would be ideal for groups/families of up to 6 people. Located just off of King Street, so parking and proximity are no issue here. As you step inside the home, you’ll find yourself in the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area - which features a high-top dining table for six, a lounge area with plush furnishings, and an HDTV to enhance your stay. The perfect place to hang out and watch a movie or share a meal at the dinner table. If you enter the bright and airy kitchen space, you will find that it has fully stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware necessities for preparing the perfect meal (or not, Downtown Charleston has some AMAZING restaurants only a short walk away). As “The Savannah Suite A” features a single-floor layout, you will find all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located just down the hall from the common areas. Two of which have been adorned with comfy king-sized beds with the master featuring its own private ensuite for those moments when you need a little peace and quiet (This one’s for all you parents out there). The third bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and luxurious accent pieces fit for a queen. An additional full bathroom to be shared between the two bedrooms is located just around the corner in the hallway along with a full washer-dryer set in case you need to do a load during your stay.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into the parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
Upper King: The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Upper King district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Leons, Little Jacks, Melfi's, Maison, Rodney Scotts, Berkeleys, The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, and the Graft (Wine) or Vintage (Cocktails) for drinks. We recommend going to The Daily for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants and Charleston's best nightlight scene. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel.

Just like the pictures! A very clean and cute place to stay. The parking was great to have as we had a couple drive versus fly. There is a coffee place like 2 houses/buildings over that had great coffee and pastries! The walk to downtown Charleston was only just over a mile and we walked it each day we were there! Check-in was a breeze and the hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I will mention is that the bedrooms are very different in size. The master as expected was much larger but then the other were far from equal in size (one was a tight squeeze). Not something that can be fixed but if you’re traveling with a group that cares about this just thought it would be important to note. Also, the master bedroom is close to a busy road and so there is a good deal of noise at night but the host had a sound machine in residence which I thought was a great touch!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Being located on upper King street was great because we could walk or take quick drives to everything we wanted to see in the city, and it was really close to The Daily for coffee. The house is set next to other nicely renovated StayDuvet homes. No issues with the place and concierge service is quick to respond through the AirBnb app. The 5 of us who stayed here would highly recommend to anyone.
