Policies

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of check in (minus service fees). No refund for any bookings booked inside of 72 hrs before day of check in.

A great place with space, that accommodates a big group! Nice size rooms/bathrooms with kings size beds... Easy walk to king street (restaurants, bars, club, nighlife)... Great Communication and Very Informative... which made the entire experience simple. Thank you "StayDuvet" for the hospitality! P.S. The groceries, room service, etc was a plus/huge benefit.

This was our first family vacation in years and we had a great time! There was more than enough room for our family to feel comfortable and whenever we had questions our host was very responsive and did so within minutes. We’d definitely book this location again!
