This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of check in (minus service fees). No refund for any bookings booked inside of 72 hrs before day of check in.

Just got back from an incredible stay in Charleston. Five couples and this house was perfect. Plenty of room and privacy for each couple, as well, as a great living area for all of us to gather. The place was very clean, tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms were modern and the showers amazing! My only feedback was to get the ice maker fixed on the fridge. Highly recommend.

Was visiting for 5 days due to a wedding, all of us groomsmen stayed here. We wanted something that looked nice, had lots of room, and close enough we could just walk every where. StayDuvet really helped make the stay even more enjoyable as if you have any questions or concerns (never had any concerns but lots of questions) they were able to get me answers instantly. I've never used airbnb before but this gave me a very great experience and will be using them both again in the future.
