Located just off of King Street, so parking and proximity are no issue here. As you step inside the space, you will notice the tranquility of the sky blue exterior continues in every aspect of the interior - from the high ceilings to the neutral design scheme. The combined living/dining/kitchen area features an open-concept floor plan, so you and your group can spend time together without feeling cramped. In the living room, you will find plenty of seating and a generous-sized HDTV - perfect for a good ole’ group movie night after a long day exploring the city. For your convenience, we have also stocked the kitchen with all your basic cooking/kitchenware needs in case you decide to do a little cooking during your stay. You may enjoy your homecooked meal together in the attached dining area - featuring a formal dining table with seating for six + additional seating for four at the bar counter. As “The Saint Phillip Suite B” features a single-floor layout, all 5 bedrooms and bathrooms are located right down the hall from the common areas. Each bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed for your comfort - three of the rooms also include their own ensuite with the other two rooms sharing a full bath. Additionally, you will find that each room has its own personality, so you can choose which vibe fits you best. The fifth and final bathroom in the home is located in the hall for common use along with a washer-dryer set in case you need to do any laundry while you’re here. The Saint Phillip Suite B has everything you could need and more to have the best stay possible - we hope you fall in love with this place as much as we have!

Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Leons, Little Jacks, Melfi's, Maison, Rodney Scotts, Berkeleys, The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, and the Graft (Wine) or Vintage (Cocktails) for drinks. We recommend going to The Daily for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants and Charleston's best nightlight scene. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel.

This house is very pretty...the decor is fresh and tastefully done. Everything was clean and new. The location was close to many little restaurants and bars within walking distance with a great little eatery for breakfast right on the corner (The Daily). Taylor was very quick with responses and gave great information regarding the area, things to do and where to eat. Kitchen is very well stocked, items were clean and new and easy to cook with. Bathrooms were well appointed and sheets and towels were comfortable and soft. We had eight people staying in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the living area comfortably. It was wonderful that all bedrooms had king size beds too. The only drawback was the noise from the busy roads on either side of the house. At times is got pretty loud. All in all it was a very nice stay...
