Policies

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of check in (minus service fees). No refund for any bookings booked inside of 72 hrs before day of check in.

My friends and I had a great stay here for my birthday weekend. Very close to the bars on king street, well priced, cute decor and lots of bathrooms (which was great as girls while getting ready). My only qualm is its sort of right under the turnpike and I feel the photos were taken to purposefully not show that. However I will say I never noticed the noise from the cars. Hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly!
