Centrally located amidst bustling downtown Charleston, our 8 bedroom, 8 bathroom home, separated into 2 units (upstairs/downstairs) is newly renovated, refurbished, and is certain to exceed your expectations during your stay. Our home has a midcentury modern design and is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Throughout the property you will find hardwood floors, trendy décor, original fireplaces, stylish furniture, brand new appliances, as well as plenty of space and privacy. Each unit can be rented separately or as a whole making it ideal for large families or groups coming to town for a visit. Our spacious Unit A above the restaurant on the corner is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 2 king beds & 2 queen beds. (4BR/3BA total) Accessed by its own entrance/exit on Rutledge Ave, Unit A features a cozy living room right as you walk in with a large light grey sofa & a large beige sofa, original fireplace, coffee table, 2 matching club chairs, side tables, a standing lamp, ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV atop of a trendy console unit as well as a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware. All bedrooms are located on the same floor. Closest to the front of the unit is our 1st queen bedroom with a closet and then located directly across the hall from the bedroom is a full bathroom featuring a walk in shower. Moving towards the back of the unit you will find a Jack & Jill bathroom featuring a walk in shower that connects to our 1st King Bedroom with a closet and our 2nd Queen Bedroom that does not have a closet. Our final bedroom located at the end of the unit is our 2nd King Bed with an en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower, a flat screen TV on top of a large dresser & a closet for your guests. Our second unit featured in this home is Unit B and it is located on the third & fourth floors, which can be accessed using the same entrance/exit on Rutledge Ave. This unit is ideal for groups of 6-9 guests featuring 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. (4BR/5BA total) You and your guests will head straight up the staircase onto a large balcony with seating for up to 4 guests and a great view of the neighborhood. Once inside your guests will step into the fully equipped kitchen featuring brand new appliances a large kitchen island with seating for up to 4 guests. The front of this unit features a bright, open living room/ dining room area that is open to the kitchen and has beautiful exposed wooden beams and another original brick fireplace. This lounge space features a large wooden dining room table with 4 chairs for your guests to enjoy meals at, a large light grey stripped sofa, a coffee table, 2 matching club chairs, a side table, a standing lamp, ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV atop a trendy console unit next to the fireplace. The second floor has 2 Queen Bedrooms. The first Queen bedroom to your left as you walk down the hallway features an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, small flat screen TV located on top of a small dresser, a closet, ceiling fan and access to the balcony if needed. The second queen bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, ceiling fan and a closet for your guests. As you head back out into the hallway and towards the front of the unit you will head up the staircase to the third floor where our last 3 bedrooms are located. To your left is our 1st King Bedroom featuring a bright and spacious room with an en suite full bathroom and a walk in shower, ceiling fan, closet and a large dresser with a small flat screen TV. As you head down the hallway to your left will be a small room with a closet with a daybed ideal for 1 person/child. Across from that room is access to a washer/dryer and another small full bathroom with a walk in shower. At the end of the unit is our 2nd King Bedroom, a bright and spacious room featuring an en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower, closet, ceiling fan a large dresser for your guests.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. Cannot say enough good things about this spot! We were able to comfortably accommodate 13 girls for a bachelorette party and everyone had space for downtime, which we really appreciated as ladies in our 30s! The location cannot be beat. A 10 minute walk to the heart of King Street - which made it easy to explore. Charlie's Grocery on Spring across the street was super helpful for last minute needs. I can speak for everyone - we would all stay again and highly recommend it to our friends and family!
