Unit B is located on the third & fourth floors, which can be accessed using the same entrance/exit on Rutledge Ave. This unit is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. (4BR/5BA total) You and your guests will head straight up the staircase onto a large balcony with seating for up to 4 guests and a great view of the neighborhood. Once inside your guests will step into the fully equipped kitchen featuring brand new appliances a large kitchen island with seating for up to 4 guests. The front of this unit features a bright, open living room/ dining room area that is open to the kitchen and has beautiful exposed wooden beams and another original brick fireplace. This lounge space features a large wooden dining room table with 4 chairs for your guests to enjoy meals at, a large light grey stripped sofa, a coffee table, 2 matching club chairs, a side table, a standing lamp, ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV atop a trendy console unit next to the fireplace. The second floor has 2 Queen Bedrooms. The first Queen bedroom to your left as you walk down the hallway features an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, small flat screen TV located on top of a small dresser, a closet, ceiling fan and access to the balcony if needed. The second queen bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, ceiling fan and a closet for your guests. As you head back out into the hallway and towards the front of the unit you will head up the staircase to the third floor where our last 3 bedrooms are located. To your left is our 1st King Bedroom featuring a bright and spacious room with an en suite full bathroom and a walk in shower, ceiling fan, closet and a large dresser with a small flat screen TV. As you head down the hallway to your left will be a small room with a closet with a daybed ideal for 1 person/child. Across from that room is access to a washer/dryer and another small full bathroom with a walk in shower. At the end of the unit is our 2nd King Bedroom, a bright and spacious room featuring an en suite full bathroom with a walk in shower, closet, ceiling fan a large dresser for your guests.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 3rd and 4th floors of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
