I just finished a complete renovation of my house, and the interior was designed by one of Charleston's top designers. Everything inside the house is new, so if feels very fresh and even the HVAC is brand new so you'll be able to cool down properly if you visit during our warmer months. With 14 foot ceilings in the living areas, it feels very spacious. Being on vacation can be tiring with all the exploring & walking, so it's nice to come home and be able to unwind in a relaxing space. The outdoor living space is what really sets it apart, there's not many places in Charleston with yards, never mind one as nice as this. You'll probably find yourself spending a lot of time out there. You have the entire house, it's a bungalow, and there's no-one above or below you. Many of Charleston's Airbnbs are large houses that split into multiple apartments, so when they say you have the 'entire place', it could be an entire apartment, but with a noisy group above or below you. That's not a concern with my place. It's so quiet back there. I love it. GUEST ACCESS You have use of the entire house, it's a bungalow, complete with a really cool fenced in backyard and there's no-one above or below you. It's so quiet back there, I love it. There is one off-street parking spot directly in front of the house in the shared driveway. The driveway is tight, so please plan accordingly, larger SUVs or trucks may present a challenge. There are two steps up to the house.
