The Space

Our spacious 1st floor condo is perfect for smaller groups of 4 to 6, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our condo has an open floor plan with a clean, coastal design. Throughout the condo, you will find brand new appliances, vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings atop hardwood floors, chic light fixtures, and stylish decor. The property features: A Comfortable Living Room. Upon arrival, guests access through their own private entrance, walk down a short hallway into the living room. The large loveseat sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV atop the console table, underneath a ceiling fan make this space perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day of travel and/or exploration. In this hallway is a closet which houses the stacked washer and dryer units. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. Our kitchen is open to the living room area and comes fully-equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Stone countertops, toaster, coffee maker, and your basic cooking utensils will make you feel right at home and meet all of your cooking needs. Here you will also find a breakfast bar with 2 wooden barstools. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The 1st bedroom, located just off the living room, features a king sized bed, oversized dresser, a bedside table with a lamp, a wall mirror, a spacious closet, an en-suite full bathroom and an overhead light with a ceiling fan. A leather topped bench sits at the foot of the plush king sized bed. The en-suite bathroom provides privacy, and boasts brand new tile, fixtures, stone sink countertops, industrial vanity lights, and a large standup shower. The 2nd bedroom, located across the hallway from the 1st, has a plush queen sized bed, framed by a tuft headboard, a tall dresser, a bedside table with a lamp, a large closet, and a 2nd en-suite full bathroom and an overhead light with a ceiling fan. This en-suite bathroom also features brand new tile, fixtures, stone sink countertops, industrial vanity lights, and a large standup shower. Centrally located just off of Cannon Street, location and parking won't be an issue here. Whether a short trip or an extended stay, our condo makes the PERFECT home away from home!

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to 1 of the 3 total units located at the front half of the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull 1 car off the street and into a parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.For addtional parking we recommend the parking garage located at 558 King st just a half mile away and will cost $18 Dollars a day.

Interaction with guests

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

Other things to note

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON! If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, The Jetty, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to 132 Spring or Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants.
