Our spacious 2nd floor condo, ‘The Pacific Lounge’, is ideal for groups of 4-5 guests (an pull out couch is located in the living room for the additional guest) with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located just off of King Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up (exterior) stairs, The Pacific Lounge features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Cozy and modern living room with high ceilings and Roku powered HDTV. Our team provides basic logins but feel free to use your own as well. Master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, private workspace, and full ensuite bathroom. Spacious master bath features a walk-in shower and bathtub. Guest bedroom features a queen size bed and full guest bathroom located just off the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware located just off the living room as well. Dining table seats 4 with a private porch patio with seating for 2.
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 7am. There is new construction that started across the street door. Two homes are being built. Please keep this in mind when booking or staying at this property. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
This house is located amidst the tree-lined streets of the trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. Breakfast at nearby Daps, have dinner at Cannon Green, and visit R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks.

I've lived in Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Jupiter, FL; Chattanooga, TN; New Haven, CT; Athens, GA; and now I live in Charleston, SC and NEVER want to leave.
