The Ohana Estate welcomes you with 24-foot ceilings and an open floor plan, all finished with a soft and neutral color scheme that will take your breath away. The living room to the right of the private entrance has seating for up to ten people positioned in front of a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV and is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. A media room off of the living room has a 75-inch flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services for those looking for additional lounging space. Between the kitchen and living room is a dining table that seats ten people so there is plenty of room to enjoy meals together. The beautiful custom kitchen has quartz countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, and all the cookware you may need throughout your stay. Adjoining the kitchen is a bar equipped with a wine refrigerator as well as an icemaker. Off of the living space is an incredible deck that can be enjoyed all year round as it sits beneath the shade of an oak tree. Here you will find an outdoor lounge and dining space sure to please any guests. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, this space also offers a gas grill. On the second floor, you will find two master bedrooms and two guest rooms all beautifully appointed and with pitched shiplap ceilings. Each of the master bedrooms has a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, and a double vanity. Two additional guest rooms, one with a full-size bed and one with two twin beds, are joined together by a Jack-and-Jill shower. This unique setup allows each bedroom to have its own private powder room. The hallway outside of all four bedrooms overlooks the spectacular light-filled living space. The Ohana Estate also has a 14x15 foot heated pool that is 4.5 feet deep that guests can enjoy all year round!
Guests will have access to the entire space along with all the appliances and amenities provided with the listing.
Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.
Please note that finishing touches on the landscape have yet to be completed so there may be workers on the property during the day. Also, there is construction happening at the property directly to the left of 204 E Huron. Noise from this construction may be heard from the property. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
