The suite features 3 bedrooms, One king bed and the other two with queen-size beds and luxury bed linen. 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). The fully-equipped kitchen features the latest appliances, including a large fridge-freezer with ice dispenser and a dishwasher. With bar space to enjoy a small meal, a great spot for guests to gather and enjoy breakfast or a morning coffee.This kitchen opens to the Living Room that has space for 5 with a 42" flat-screen tv equipped with Xfinity Cable.
Guests will have exclusive access to 1 of the 3 total units located at the back half of the 3rd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull 1 car off the street and into a parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. For addtional parking we recommend the parking garage located at 558 King st just a half mile away and will cost $18 Dollars a day.
Our property is run by a 5* hosting services company, Stay Duvet. The friendly team will be on hand throughout your stay, from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities for you at a discounted price, including but not limited to water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see. With Duvet, it is not just about the place to stay, it's about the experience.
Included with each guests stay: Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) Towels/linens Basic cooking/kitchenware, along with other bathroom and kitchen amenities. No pets If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, The Jetty, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to 132 Spring or Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. Publix conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel
