Take a ride on the Charleston side at our 2-story townhome, “The Marblehead”. With 2bd/2.5ba, this stay would be perfect for groups/families of up to five people. This home also features two on-site parking spaces, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to park and unload. As you pull into the Mixson neighborhood, you’ll notice the calm laid-back atmosphere of the area from the moss-covered Oaks to the well-traveled walking trails that line the community. Amidst the greenery, you’ll find the Marblehead in all of its blush glory - just waiting for you to arrive. After parking behind the home, you will walk around front to the outdoor staircase which leads you to the grand front entrance and porch space. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Step inside the front door to living room - featuring plenty of seating, a sizeable HDTV, and an electric fireplace for those winter stays. As well, there is a sofa-bed located in the living room for larger groups. If you continue down the front hallway, you will find yourself in the combined kitchen/dining area. Here you have a dining table with seating for 4 + additional seating for 3 at the bar top - the perfect place to get together and share a meal. For your convenience, the kitchen has been fully stocked with all of your basic cooking/kitchenware necessities. Back in the hallway you will find a half-bathroom, so you don’t have to go all the way upstairs when hanging out in the common areas. Speaking of the upstairs, if you follow the staircase to the second level you will find two bedrooms - each featuring their own en-suite. Both bedrooms have been furnished with plush king sized beds to enhance your comfort. There is also a full washer/dryer set in the upstairs hall, so feel free to do a load (or 4 I mean we are at the beach) while you're here! Guests have access to the entire unit plus 2 Off-street parking spaces located directly behind the unit.
