The Space

Take a ride on the Charleston side at our 2-story townhome, “The Marblehead”. With 2bd/2.5ba, this stay would be perfect for groups/families of up to five people. This home also features two on-site parking spaces, so there’s plenty of room for everyone to park and unload. As you pull into the Mixson neighborhood, you’ll notice the calm laid-back atmosphere of the area from the moss-covered Oaks to the well-traveled walking trails that line the community. Amidst the greenery, you’ll find the Marblehead in all of its blush glory - just waiting for you to arrive. After parking behind the home, you will walk around front to the outdoor staircase which leads you to the grand front entrance and porch space. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Step inside the front door to living room - featuring plenty of seating, a sizeable HDTV, and an electric fireplace for those winter stays. As well, there is a sofa-bed located in the living room for larger groups. If you continue down the front hallway, you will find yourself in the combined kitchen/dining area. Here you have a dining table with seating for 4 + additional seating for 3 at the bar top - the perfect place to get together and share a meal. For your convenience, the kitchen has been fully stocked with all of your basic cooking/kitchenware necessities. Back in the hallway you will find a half-bathroom, so you don’t have to go all the way upstairs when hanging out in the common areas. Speaking of the upstairs, if you follow the staircase to the second level you will find two bedrooms - each featuring their own en-suite. Both bedrooms have been furnished with plush king sized beds to enhance your comfort. There is also a full washer/dryer set in the upstairs hall, so feel free to do a load (or 4 I mean we are at the beach) while you're here!

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do, and can direct you to the best local things-to-do such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see. Room Service (Downtown Properties Only): Stay Duvet is proud to offer Room Service provided by Babas on Cannon. We offer a wide selection ranging from breakfast, lunch, pantry staples, bottled wine, cocktails, and beer. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a relaxing yoga class at Barefoot Yoga, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. It’s around a 15-minute drive to the Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island, two of South Carolina’s most beautiful beaches.
