Convenient and close to everything, this house is minutes from stunning beaches, restaurants, shopping, historic sites, and the charms of Charleston's downtown Historic District LIVING AREAS Wooden floors flow throughout beautifully designed living areas, including a large comfortable den with a 55” wall-mounted TV. A formal living room/office and sunroom, as well as a gaming area offer more spaces for guests to gather or find a quiet space to read a book. KITCHEN & DINING Full of contemporary updates, the open kitchen gleams with dark cabinetry, stunning light fixtures and a waterfall countertop on an island that seats four. Make your morning coffee, espresso or tea in the adjacent butler’s pantry, which also includes a wine fridge and extra pantry space. Serve meals in the central dining area, where eight can eat comfortably around the main table, and a smaller adjacent table adds an additional four seats. BEDROOMS & BATHS This house sleeps up to 11 guests between five upstairs bedrooms and one pullout sleeper sofa. You’ll sleep soundly in the elegant primary bedroom, appointed with a comfortable king bed and 50’’ wall-mounted TV. A glamorous ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower and free-standing soaking tub. A second primary suite on the opposite end of the second floor also features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, private seating area and a full ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms come with queen beds, while a fifth bedroom offers two twin beds. These bedrooms share a sparkling guest bathroom, outfitted with a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located on the entry level. OUTDOOR AREAS A huge backyard and patio includes seating, dining, and grilling areas, as well as enough yard space for a flag football game and a swing set with slide for our youngest guests. 10 Minutes to Sullivans Island Beach 20 miles from CHS International Airport There are strict no parties and parking rules - Parking for four vehicles is provided in the driveway. Guests are not permitted to park on the street or grass or they will be fined $200 per vehicle. Neighbors that are parked on the street have parking permits. Our lovely home is yours to enjoy, and we ask that you respect our neighbors and property by not hosting large gatherings.

Our location provides easy access to the highways and short commutes whether you're headed Downtown or to the beach. We are also located close to the Marsh View Trail which contains uplands, salt marsh, a hammock island and a paved quarter-mile walking trail that winds through the old live oak trees and opens up to an expansive view of the marsh and salt flat. Butterfly garden and nicely furnished off-leash dog runs are a bonus on the trail. Walmart Supercenter conveniently located nearby as well.
