The Space

Our spacious two floor home is ideal for groups of 10-12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Located 2 blocks from King Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and off the back porch, this home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. When walking in you're greeted by the open kitchen and living room on the first level. Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware for all your cooking needs as well as a washer/dryer closet. At the kitchen's bar you'll find bar seating for three. The living room features ample seating, a sleeper sofa (can be made available upon prior request), half bath, and a large flat screen Roku TV where you can stream all your favorite movies and shows. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Also on the first level off the kitchen is a large King bedroom complete with a full ensuite bathroom and Roku TV. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second level. On this level you'll find another King bedroom, a shared full bathroom in the hall, a large Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and the bunk room complete with four bunks, and an entrance to the large second level porch perfect for afternoons or evenings outside! Each of these bedrooms also features its own flat screen Roku powered TV. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the entire Unit B with all the appliances and amenities provided with the listing. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull one car off the street and into a parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. One is on site and the other across the street

I love traveling, my family, my dog, green tea, coffee, sushi, making music, nutrition, reading, meeting new people, and living life to the fullest. I work for Yelp and put on public events in Charleston. I've lived in Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Jupiter, FL; Chattanooga, TN; New Haven, CT; Athens, GA; and now I live in Charleston, SC and NEVER want to leave. I live by the motto "Leave nothing behind but good will". I'm a big believer in karma and care about quality control in what I do. I hope to not only be a good host, but your friend and guide (if needed) during your stay here in the best city in America :) I want you to also see whats good in the locals eyes and not just what is marketed to the tourists.

Policies

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON! INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WIfi Complimentary locally packaged Coffee Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion) Dish/Laundry Detergents Hair Dryer/Iron/Ironing Board Towels/Linens Basic Cooking/Kitchenware One dog is allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Room Service: Stay Duvet is proud to offer Room Service provided by Babas on Cannon. We offer a wide selection ranging from breakfast, lunch, pantry staples, bottled wine, cocktails, and beer. Please download the iPhone or Android App to start placing your order which will be given to you at the time of booking. If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
