House was excellent, everything was clean and decorated beautifully. Very centrally located to all downtown Charleston has to offer. Would definitely stay again
Overall we had a good stay. There was a strong industrial deodorizing smell upon entering the unit. It was strong enough that it was on our clothes 12 hours later when we got back home . There were half a dozen above average size steps to get into the unit. The door was closed that faces the street that has the address on it when we arrived so it took a bit of exploring to make sure we were at the right place. The parking is 2 spaces end to end where you park the car in front of you in. If you had a big SUV there would only be one parking space not two. You had to go down the block and turn around and get completely straight from the opposite lane of traffic to enter the available parking. The place was very clean and the air conditioner works very well. Again overall we had a good trip but people should know what they’re renting.
We recently stayed at this house and had a great time on our family vacation. The house has four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large dining room table next to the kitchen and a very comfortable second floor tv room. The second day we were there, the toilet in one of the bathrooms stopped filling with water. We contacted Rosie and she sent a repairman promptly. Location was excellent and we could walk to most of the locations we visited. Parking is tight (unless you are driving a horse and buggy!), but this is par for the course at any homes in Charleston. We will definitely stay here in the future!
