This property is zoned for short-term rentals and licensed by the City of Charleston, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation! Business license #BL009609-01-2018 Bedrooms: There are four, gorgeous bedrooms each with ensuite baths, hanging clothes closet, & luggage rack. Each bedroom is in a completely separate corner of the house, allowing total privacy for guests. The bedrooms feature new furniture & plush mattresses, 400-thread count, 100% cotton sheets, luxury towels, and comfy, fluffy pillows. Extra blankets, linens, towels, and pillows are also provided for your use. Baths: Each ensuite bath (which is VERY RARE in downtown rentals!) is fully tiled and features new fixtures and glass shower doors. Essential bath amenities are provided, including a lighted, magnifying mirror and make-up vanity. Downstairs Living Area: This bright, airy, open floor plan encompasses the kitchen and large dining area. Both areas have full view of a new 55" HDTV. This is a wonderful room for everyone to eat, cook, and socialize together! Kitchen: Well-stocked for both the novice and experienced chef! Includes NEW, stainless-steel appliances, solid-surface cooking range, full-size oven, large dishwasher, French-door refrigerator, and hammered copper sink. Beautiful marble counters create a bar overlooking the dining area. The back wall highlights an antique (1920’s), break-front chest with plenty of storage for dishes, glassware, and serving pieces. Dining Room: The sun-filled dining room comfortably seats eight guests on a large, glass-top table. Upstairs Living Area/Den/Wet Bar: The upstairs center of the home is now the den and gathering room. Features tall, lofted ceilings with exposed, back-lit beams, which are ORIGINAL to the home. The den has brand-new couches and its own 55" HDTV with premium cable. The open floor plan includes a complete wet bar with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, blender, and pewter sink. The subway-tiled backsplash has repurposed beams for shelves stocked with ample glasses. This feature allows guests to gather upstairs for cocktails and enjoy the porch. Porch: Both the den and wet bar open to a large, 6’ x 40’ upstairs piazza. The porch has comforable seating and a mounted, electric fan for constant airflow on those hot days. The downstairs porch features an antique, 1920s, wood bench and large chest used as storage for beach items.
Entire home, outdoor living area, and off-street parking are yours to enjoy! There are two, stack washer/dryers located upstairs - detergent and all necessities are provided. Extra linens, blankets, towels, and cleaning supplies are also located here.
The hosts live a few blocks away and will be readily available to our guests as needed. The home features self check-in and a detailed Welcome Manual to assist with your stay; however, we will gladly greet you at check-in to help you get settled. We want you to enjoy total privacy but will help in any way to make your vacation perfect!
PLEASE NOTE: An Accommodations Tax of 4% will be collected for the City and County of Charleston for all reservations. You will receive an email invoice upon booking. We are a legal Airbnb property and are bound by the city, county, and state laws. PETS: Please inquire prior to booking regarding any pet. Only one, small, non-shedding dog allowed. Pet fee will be charged. PARKING: There is off-street parking for two cars parked back-to-back in the attached driveway. It is “Charleston tight” - large trucks and SUVs are not recommended.

An array of public transportation options are available, including Uber/Lyft, bike taxis, bike shares, and Carta. You will find several nearby corner markets for any quick grabs. A large grocery store (Harris Teeter) is only 5-minutes away, and the airport is 15 to 20 minutes away.
- Be respectful, don't litter, leave the home as it was found, and enjoy your stay! - PET POLICY: Please send an inquiry PRIOR to booking for homeowner's approval. Only one, small, less than 20 lbs, non-shedding, house-trained dog allowed. A $100 pet fee is required as well as proof of current vaccinations and flea/heartworm medication. - We are a legal, licensed Airbnb property and are bound by the city, county, and state laws. In addition to the state and county sales and use taxes and the state accommodations tax paid upon booking, an Accommodations Tax of 4% will also be collected for the City (2%) and County (2%) of Charleston for all reservations. - Pending availability, early check ins or late check outs will incur a $50 fee. Please submit this request at least ONE WEEK in advance. - Any cancellation request after the grace period is at the host's discretion and will incur a non-refundable $250 fee. - We are happy to provide a pack-and-play if requested for any little ones!
