Our spacious 1st floor condo, ‘The Globetrotter Suite C’, is ideal for groups of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located just off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by it own entrance/exit, Globetrotter features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. The kitchen includes a dining table with 4 seats and is fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware. Here you will also find the living room with high vaulted ceilings, 4 sofa chairs and one futon for seating and sleeping, and a flat screen Roku Tv. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Two bedrooms are located towards the back, both with ensuite full bathrooms, and Queen sized beds. Full-size Washer/Dryer complete the space.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. Parking is provided for 1 car on street with a parking pass FOR STAYS 3 DAYS OR LESS. Stays 3 days or longer, please inquire with our team to see if we can accommodate, otherwise please plan on using 1 of the local garages within walking distance to park.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. Cannonborough/Elliotborough: The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough/Elliotborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Hominy Grill, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Wildflower Pastry located nearby. We recommend going here for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and the delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants.

Great location and property!
I’ll start the review by saying the Stay Duvet team was great, not negative remarks on them. The property was mediocre though. While the location was great, the construction left a good bit to be desired in the unit (which has a unit above). The walls are extremely thin and you could hear every movement of the renters above, almost as if they were amplified. We were woken up each night when the upstairs tenants came in late or were awake longer than us. A couple other nit pick things I would mention are - the water pressure is very weak and the shower heads were subpar (not important to everyone, but something I pay attention to). Also, the electricity was a bit wonky…took forever to charge electronics (again not important to everyone but something I noticed). I would definitely use rent a Stay Duvet property again, but it wouldn’t be this unit…despite the great location.
Solid stay in Charleston. Everything was as advertised in set-up, check-in etc. Agree with previous reviews that any upstairs neighbors are noisy because of thin walls/floors. We had a minor gnat issue but the concierge folks were very responsive and dropped off traps right away. They also gave us off-site parking passes for free since we stayed for a week, so worth asking if they have extra! Location wise, it’s a 25 min drive from Folly Beach, under 10 min drive to downtown/historic Charleston (where parking is fairly inexpensive and accessible). Would stay here again!
