Take on the Holy City from our beautiful 2nd-floor condo, ‘The Elton’- perfect for smaller groups/families of up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. As you pull into the property, you will enter through the front door and follow the stairway to the entrance of “The Elton”. As you reach the top of the stair, you find yourself immersed in the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area - featuring a lounge space where you can all hang out and share a meal or watch a movie/show on the new HDTV. The quaint kitchen area has been fully stocked with all of your basic cooking/kitchenware needs, so you can make the perfect meal if you please. In addition to the common areas, the two bedrooms are located off of the main living space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and its own private ensuite - providing ample privacy for its residents. On the other side of the room, you will find the door that leads to the second bedroom - which has been furnished with a plush queen-size bed for your comfort. A full bath is to be shared by this room and the common areas are located by the kitchen, so there's no hassle when it comes to the bathroom. With everything you need, “The Elton” is the place to be.
Guests will have access to the entire 2nd floor apartment along with one parking space. The parking spot requires a parking pass that we provide for you during your stay. If the pass is not left in the unit after your stay, you will be charged $100.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. We were not ready to go home. The location was great. Very close to King street and all the things we wanted to do!
The location is wonderful! Easy walking to many things. Parking in the church lot across the street is great too. Trying to find parking in Charleston can sometimes be troublesome. The house was super cute, clean and the hosts were very responsive to an issue with the parking pass we had. 10/10 would stay again!

Great location and accommodations as described. It was great to have dedicated parking right across the street. We walked to King Street and beyond everyday and, again, just a great location. Baba’s on Cannon was super convenient as was Sugar. The bagel shop that will be opening soon will also be super convenient as it is right on the corner.
