Eight bedrooms (two bedrooms in each unit) with a queen/king-size bed, wooden floor and TV. Three fully-equipped kitchens (3 of the 4 units have full kitchens) with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Four bathrooms (one in each unit), two with a large walk-in shower and two with a bathtub with overhead shower. One of the living rooms complete with sofa bed, and the others complete with TVs. One living room also has a breakfast bar area. Four balconies with comfy seating or a dining table with seating.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into a parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

We had a family get together for three nights in December. There were 13 of us. The house was terrific -- clean, well maintained, comfortable and charming. The four separate units (A-D) were nice as it gave some separation to our group when needed. The outdoor porch was wonderful, and we spent a lot of time there. We walked most places, but also hired the occasional Uber or bike taxi as the walk can be long when going towards Vendue, Broad, etc. Overall, a terrific place in an area along Spring that seems to be getting nicer and nicer with shops and restaurants.
The house is in a good quiet area. Never felt unsafe. The home combined upgraded living area, but kept that wonderful old home charm. Liked the huge porches with swings. There are TV in every room, although we did not use them at all. We did have an issue with a moderate roof leak in the living room in the upstairs apartment. We were just happy it was not in a bedroom! Would consider this property again if coming to Charleston with a large group.
Beautiful setup with individual units which made it both easy to hang out as a large group while also having the ability to have our own space. Hosts were also very quick to respond to any and all questions. Location was great - quick walk to downtown, convenience store two blocks away, and small restaurants within a block. Truly enhanced our stay in Charleston.
