Policies

No Smoking inside (if cigarette smoke is found inside fins are $1,000 and up) We ask that guests place all trash in the collection cans upon check out. Guests may be subject to additional cleaning charges if excessive cleaning is required by our house keepers or debris is left outside of the dwelling on the property for our team to dispose of. Neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of check in (minus service fees). No refund for any bookings booked inside of 72 hrs before day of check in.

This place is in a great location, walkable to almost everything in downtown Charleston. We didn’t have to drive or Uber for our entire stay, we were able to walk everywhere which was great. The place looks exactly like the photos, was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a large porch that was a great spot to hang out on and enjoy the weather. If you have a smaller group, this place is a great option. The one thing I will call out that I didn’t see in the description/know beforehand is that this unit is part of a larger house that has been broken into smaller units and is directly under another occupied unit. We had a bit of an issue with noise from the upstairs tenants but we didn’t take it upon ourselves to tell them to quiet down. Just something I wish I would have known prior. Overall this place is great!

I much prefer privately owned airbnbs who don't charge you a huge cleaning fee and then expect you to strip beds, take out trash so I'm a little salty about that. The location couldn't be better - a block to King, Market. It was clean enough, though the drapes in the primary bedroom desperately need to be changed out - how on earth did so many stains get on a vertical surface?! The place is super cute and the staff are easily accessible. The parking garage is a block away but we were able to temporarily idle in front of the unit to unload our luggage. Worth a stay but at a high price tag.
