Dive right into the exciting atmosphere of downtown Charleston in this beautiful 2nd-story stay, ‘The Cub’. This stay is perfect for groups of up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath - providing ample room for your small crew to spread out and have their own space. ‘The Cub’ features a private entrance/exit located right off of President Street, so parking and proximity are not an issue! As you pull into the property, you will enter the home through the front entrance and follow the indoor staircase to your stay. The bright and airy open concept living/dining/kitchen area will meet you at the door - featuring plenty of seating and a large HD TV with a Direct TV subscription for your convenience. The kitchen area has been stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware needs for cooking the perfect meal. At the counter, you will find high-top seating for 5 - the perfect place to share your home-cooked dish with the crew. Just off of the kitchen area, you will also find a full washer/dryer set in case you decide to do a load while you’re here. Both bedrooms are just down the hall from the living spaces. The master bedroom features large double doors, a comfortable king-size bed, and plenty of closet space for you to unpack your things. The second bedroom has also been adorned with a plush king-size bed and the cutest little desk in case you may need to do some work while you’re here (or if not, to use as storage space). Back in the hallway, there is a full bathroom to be shared between the two bedrooms - this space has been recently renovated and now features a walk-in shower and chic new accents. While quaint, “The Cub” has so much to offer including everything you need to have a great stay and more.
This apartment is one of four in a multi-unit home. Guests will have exclusive access to half of the second floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into a nearby gated parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. Great place close enough to everything that we wanted to see/do. Unit is clean and easy to access. It is older (so smaller), but has been renovated very nicely. Has most everything you would need at the unit (but a wine opener). Would definitely stay in their spaces again.

Great Company, took care of the only issue that we had with in an hour and it was just the Wireless Router. So, no big deal. Would highly recommend staying with this company.
Was a great getaway for a girls weekend trip! The location was good; we did end up driving most places, but we were able to easily experience King St, the battery, etc. Also pro tip, definitely bring makeup mirrors & a full length mirror if that’s something that’s important to you because there were only two small mirrors in the whole place. Parking was also very easy because we only had one car and could park it in the lot directly behind the house, but if you plan on bringing more than one car you’re going to struggle with parking a little bit. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and had everything we could need (besides a wine opener that we just could not find). Overall verdict: would stay again!
