With its beautiful newly renovated rooms, our home can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 4-5 people. Located in North Charleston right off of I-26, location and parking won't be an issue here! It's a short walk to Quarterman Park, the popular Firefly Distillery, and just a few blocks away from other local hot spots, including EVO Pizzeria / Bakery, The Junction, The Mixson Club, Holy City Brewing, and the heart of Park Circle. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large dining room, a living room area adjacent to the kitchen, and a fenced-in backyard! In addition to its own driveway, this house offers plenty of space for your entire group to unload during your stay. This Ranch-style home is a one-level design with all bedrooms on the same floor. Our first bedroom features a Queen sized bed with two side tables, two lamps, a fan, and a large closet. Our second bedroom features a Queen sized bed with two lamps, two side tables, a large closet, a fan, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our third bedroom can be converted from an office with a desk and a large fold-out couch into a queen bedroom with a fan and a closet. Guests will take a few short steps into the living room area which features a large comfortable blue couch, a club chair, a side table, a coffee table, a lamp, a ceiling fan and a large mounted flat-screen Smart TV. The second bathroom for guests is located right off of the living room and is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The dining room features a large wooden table with seating for up to six guests. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware, a microwave, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. Guests will also have access to a large fenced-in backyard with hightop table and chairs.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. Park Circle: Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches. Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization and was named the “Brooklyn of South Carolina” by Thrillist. Walk through the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a relaxing yoga class at Barefoot Yoga, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard-nominated) wine bar. Park Circle is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas (even its own disc golf course). The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of Charleston. Other than the occasional train horn, we think you will find the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. Our home is conveniently situated between Charleston International Airport and Downtown Charleston. It is also in close proximity to Boeing and SPAWAR for you business travelers. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. It’s around a 20-minute drive to Sullivan’s Island and about a 25 minute drive to Isle of Palms, two of South Carolina’s most beautiful beaches.

Location is a short drive to Park Circle and about a 12-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. Space feels bigger than the square footage and is set up very well. Would definitely stay here again
The cottage on Orangeburg presents like the listing photos. The minimalist aesthetic helped the house and bedrooms feel roomy. While the info in the listing is fairly accurate of the circumstances of location, I suggest reading through both the good and bad reviews to better understand what you are getting into before booking your stay. Doing this will help you set expectations about the direct surroundings. We thought the small fenced backyard was adorable and perfect for our dog and had no issues with noise. One thing to note is bring an eye mask if light at night bothers you. We found the street lights to be mildly annoying. With that being said, the location is so convenient to park circle, Shem creek, downtown, etc without the Charleston nightly price tag. The last thing I’d like to note is the communication between Stay Duvet and the renter. All info seemed straight forward. While we didn’t really need them at all we highly appreciated they made communication incredibly easy via text and actually have a text line open 8a-2a if any issues arise. We thought this was really neat!
