As you step through the private entrance, you will find the light-filled dining room that seats six and an office that is perfect for those looking to get some work done during their stay. Past the dining and office space is the well-equipped and beautifully designed kitchen with marble countertops and bar- seating for three. The kitchen opens up to the living room and additional dining space that seats four, so you will be able to enjoy each other’s company. Off of the living space is a screened-in porch that can be enjoyed all year round as well as a gas grill. On the 2nd floor, you will find all four bedrooms each beautifully appointed with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishing giving it a wonderful eclectic flair. Two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a bedroom with twin beds share a bathroom that has sleek black and white tiling. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, and double vanity. Up the spiral staircase, you will find a room amongst the treetop frilled with natural light, pitched shiplap ceilings, and yoga mats making it the perfect retreat.

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. Elevator: Please request the use of the elevator prior to arrival.
