Our spacious 2nd floor condo is ideal for groups or families, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a bright, open floor plan. The recently restored unit is modern with a rustic-industrial style design. Throughout the condo, guests will enjoy brand new appliances, vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings atop hardwood floors, trendy light fixtures, and modern, stylish decor. Positioned just off of Cannon Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! The property features: A Comfortable Living Area/Lounge Space. Upon arrival, guests enter the house’s main entrance, ascend one flight of stairs, and access the space through their own private entrance. Through the private entrance and down the hallway is the living room lounge space. This open living space features a large loveseat sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV atop the console table, underneath a ceiling fan make this space perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day of travel and/or exploration. Off this main hallway is a closet which houses the stacked washer and dryer units. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. Our kitchen is open to the living room area and comes fully-equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Stone countertops, trendy light fixtures, a toaster, coffee maker, and all basic cooking utensils will make you feel right at home while also meeting all of your cooking needs. Guests will have exclusive access to 1 of the 3 total units located at the front half of the 2nd floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull 1 car off the street and into a parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.For addtional parking we recommend the parking garage located at 558 King st just a half mile away and will cost $18 Dollars a day.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON!
