Our spacious Rach-style home, ‘The Attwood’, is ideal for groups of 3-7 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located in our quiet Mt.Pleasant neighborhood, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up a short set of exterior stairs, The Attwood features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6 seats, breakfast bar and stools, stocked kitchen ready to prepare a feast at home! Living room and sun room with high vaulted ceilings, backyard with patio table and chairs - this is the perfect vacation home to relax with your family and friends! Our office room located centrally in the house near the living and sun room has a laptop friendly desk and chair along with a pullout couch. The primary bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, spacious his and hers closet, side tables with lamps, and a large flatscreen SmartTV loaded with apps to watch your favorite movies and shows. Across the hall is another King size bed, along with our third bedroom that has a Queen size bed, closet to hang your clothes and desk with mirror and chair - a perfect for getting ready for a night out or to use as a workspace. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware ready to host a feast!

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

Our location provides easy access to the highways and short commutes whether you're headed Downtown or to the beach. We are also located close to the Marsh View Trail which contains uplands, salt marsh, a hammock island and a paved quarter-mile walking trail that winds through the old live oak trees and opens up to an expansive view of the marsh and salt flat. Butterfly garden and nicely furnished off-leash dog runs are a bonus on the trail. Walmart Supercenter conveniently located nearby as well.

This was such an awesome stay! Very cute and clean space. Host was very communicative and very helpful. The house is an older home that’s been renovated (very well), but the layout is still old school with all bedrooms on one side of the house. Not a negative, just something to note. Overall a GREAT experience and would definitely stay here again!
We would give this accommodation 5 stars. The neighbourhood was beautiful, the neighbours welcoming and the house itself felt homely and comfortable. The house is large and beautifully decorated with facilities such as washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ etc. There were multiple living areas so there’s room for everyone if travelling in a larger group as well a garden and front porch to enjoy the sunny Carolina weather. The house is a short 10-15 minute Uber ride from Charleston city centre. We also visited Sullivan island which was also only 15 mins away, as well as Shem Creek’s bars and restaurants which was a 10 min drive. The hosts were friendly and on hand to answer any of our queries. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your home!
