It is the ideal space for large groups looking to stay somewhere luxurious, sparkling clean, and centrally located. The property features… A Spacious Front Porch. Upon arrival, guests will ascend a flight of stairs to the spacious front porch. Enjoy the gorgeous Charleston weather, cocktails at sunset, or your morning cup of coffee while relaxing in one of the four porch chairs. A Bright, Open Living Room. The living room, just through the front entryway, is open to the kitchen and has a bright, modern design with Moroccan inspired accents. The living room features a 3-seat leather sofa flanked by two side tables with matching lamps, a matching loveseat leather sofa, a wooden coffee table, two matching accent chairs, a flat-screen TV atop a console table, and a ceiling fan. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living room comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a Whirlpool dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and gas stove. The kitchen has brand new stone countertops, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, standard cookware, as well as plenty of cabinet storage. 6 tall bar stools sit beneath the kitchen bar making it effortless for guests to enjoy one another’s company while eating a home cooked meal. The house was amazing and we had a great stay! Went for my sister’s bachelorette and it was perfect for the occasion. The house was clean and super cute! The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The stay duvet employees were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. King street is a short walk away and everything else was an easy Uber. Would love to stay here again!
We stayed in Suite D which I think was probably one of the better situated houses on the property. The house was near enough to the street for a quick walk out and around, but far back enough in the driveway that we didn't hear the traffic. The driveway's pretty slim so might be easily overlooked if not paying attention. The location was great. Easily a 10-minute drive to West Ashley and about a mile walk to Marion Square. Great shops and eateries within walking distance. Check-in was simple and pretty straightforward. The home had plenty of windows all around for some nice natural light. Comfortable living space and enough chairs for 10 people. We brought along plenty of things for our stay and a lot we didn't even use because surprisingly, it was provided for. All the bedrooms were quite comfortable and having en suites was really efficient, especially with 4 kids. Oh, and each bedroom has those sound machines that play a soothing brook or a thunderstorm; loved it! I may actually get one now.
