A stylish en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. A second bedroom comes with a queen bed, while a third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed. Both rooms share a sparkling guest bathroom, outfitted with a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located on the entry level. OUTDOOR AREAS A secluded back patio offers a quiet spot to sip morning coffee.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and backyard, easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into marked parking spaces anywhere in the complex, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
Cooper Estates/Shem Creek: Our home is nestled in the charming neighborhood of Cooper Estates, part of the fast-growing town of Mt. Pleasant. Cooper Estates has a great old town charm, but is filled with natural beauty and modern convenience. It is centrally located just off of Coleman Boulevard and is bordered on one side by beautiful and historic Shem Creek which boasts some of the best seafood found on the East Coast. Shem Creek is one of the most iconic locations in the Charleston area. While it is still home to the last of the local fishing boats, Shem Creek is regularly frequented by kayakers, paddle-boarders, and sunset revelers who enjoy the lively scene on the water. Our home is conveniently located close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Cinebarre, and all the Shem Creek day & nightlife including some of my favorites like; The Shelter, Tavern & Table, Red’s Icehouse, Page’s Okra Grill, and Water’s Edge.
