Our spacious 2-floor condo, ‘Sunflower Suite’, is ideal for groups of 4-6 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located just off of Cannon Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, Sunflower Suite features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 4 seats and cozy living room with high vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with 2 full bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms with its own King-sized bed. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.
Guests will have access to the entire space along with all the appliances and amenities provided with the listing.
We can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. We will supply you with a direct number once you book.
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. Absolutely stunning. Very spacious, safe, within walking distance to Upper King Street, near a great coffee shop and the historic charm was fantastic. The beds are comfortable, they offer soaps in the bathroom and the claw foot tubs are everything. Communication was easy too. We would stay here again, hands down.
When we checked in, the housekeeper hadn't completed the cleaning. We contacted the host and since they weren't able to get the housekeeper to come back, they quickly came up with an alternative option and had us move a few houses down and set us up in a different unit in a very seamless way. The new place was great and was in a very similar location. This location and new unit was exactly what we needed for our trip. We really appreciate that the host moved quickly to make things right.
What a beautiful house! The rooms are all spacious, plenty of area to spread out! A quick note for those who are "under-tall" or wobbly, the bathrooms have claw foot tubs converted with shower heads, which are great, but you do have to step up quite far to get in and there is quite a step down to get out. For those that forget that, you will crack your knees. Also there really is nothing to hold onto in the shower, so take precautions if you get wobbly. Otherwise, the water pressure and temp were more than sufficient. We found everything we needed and having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
We stayed here for two weeks. The apartment is lovely, spacious with lots of high-ceiling vintage charm. Everything well laid out. Fantastic location, both for walking to restaurants and for easy access to highways. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom areas are spacious as well. The claw-foot bathtub showers take a bit of caution stepping in and out, but they work well. The driveway is wide enough by city standards; we had no problem with it. We had a small dog and he enjoyed the space, and the upstairs porch especially.
