This second floor unit has a bright, open layout and a mid-century modern design with bohemian style elements. A large, open 2nd Floor Balcony with Outdoor Dining. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the shared front breezeway and ascend one flight of stairs onto the 2nd floor balcony. Enjoy the gorgeous Charleston weather over breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside around the dining table located on the spacious, private 2nd floor balcony. The large wooden dining table seats 6 comfortably and will make your morning cup of joe or happy hour all the more relaxing/enjoyable. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen with Bar Seating. Once inside and through the hallway, guests step into the fully equipped kitchen featuring brand new GE appliances including a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, oven and stovetop, as well as a dishwasher and disposal. The kitchen also features brand new stone countertops, cabinetry, a coffee maker, blender, and basic cookware. There are two barstools located alongside the kitchen island for dining. A Bright, Open Lounge Space. The living room area is open to the kitchen and has a bright, midcentury modern design. This lounge space features a large light grey sofa, glass coffee table, 2 matching club chairs, a side table, a standing lamp, ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV atop a trendy console unit. The snuggly throws and blankets located on the hooks in the hallway, coupled with this living room/lounge space, are sure to make you feel right at home after a long day of travel. 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are located toward the front side of the unit. The 1st bedroom features a plush king sized bed with a tuft headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, a fireplace with exposed brick, an accent chair beside a modern standing lamp, a large closet, and a large wall mirror above a long wooden bench. Between the 1st and 2nd bedroom is the 1st full bathroom which features brand new tile and fixtures, stone countertops, and a full bathtub/shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed atop a solid wood bedframe, two bedside tables with lamps, a fireplace, a large closet, ceiling fan, and a versatile table and chair which could be used as a desk or vanity. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms, and other 2 bathrooms are located on the other side of the living room/kitchen, toward the back side of the unit. The 3rd bedroom features a plush king sized bed atop a tuft bedframe and headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, an accent chair, full length mirror, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the 2nd full bathroom. The 2nd full bathroom also features brand new tile floors, new fixtures, lighting, and a full bathtub/shower. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
