The Space

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property has been newly renovated and recently refurbished. Located on the 1st floor of a multi-unit property, guests will enjoy the bright and open design as well as the convenience of being within walking distance to countless restaurants, shopping, and historical sights. Our unit has a midcentury modern design and is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Throughout the property you will find hardwood floors, trendy décor, original fireplaces, stylish furniture, brand new appliances, and much more. The property features… Off-Street Parking. Located in beautiful Cannonborough, with 2 allocated off-street spots, parking will be the least of your worries. A Large Front Porch with Outdoor Dining. Enjoy the scenic breeze while sharing a meal outside around the dining table located on the spacious, private front porch area. The wooden dining table provides seating for 6 and will make your morning cup of coffee or cocktail hour all the more enjoyable. A Bright, Open Lounge Space. The living room area is open to the kitchen and has a bright, midcentury modern design. This lounge space features a large light grey sofa, glass coffee table, 2 matching club chairs, a side table, a standing lamp, ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV atop a trendy console unit. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms, and other 2 bathrooms are located on the other side of the living room/kitchen, toward the back side of the unit. I love traveling, my family, my dog, green tea, coffee, sushi, making music, nutrition, reading, meeting new people, and living life to the fullest. I work for Yelp and put on public events in Charleston. I've lived in Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Jupiter, FL; Chattanooga, TN; New Haven, CT; Athens, GA; and now I live in Charleston, SC and NEVER want to leave. I live by the motto "Leave nothing behind but good will". I'm a big believer in karma and care about quality control in what I do. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON!
