Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. There are many things to like about this place but there are also some cautions. The accommodations are nice and comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Everything about the apartment is very comfortable. That said, the apartment is very close to a very busy (and loud) restaurant. When in the bedroom with the door closed, this is not an issue but otherwise the excessive noise will be an annoyance. Also, while there is private parking, it is very likely that if there are 3 cars to park that all 3 tenants will struggle with parking or leaving the extremely small parking lot behind the house. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Charleston but there are some things to be aware of up front.

Absolutely beautiful unit and phenomenal location. We basically walked everywhere with so many bars and restaurants as close as right next door or within a 10 min walk! Would recommend.
Had an excellent stay in Charleston. The communication from the host was excellent. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the Cantina next door and it was excellent too. Overall, great stay and would stay here again.
