The TV downstairs we could not get local channels on it unless we had an account setup. We wanted to watch golf and the Daytona 500 but was unable to do so on the downstairs tv. Instructions were very confusing, batteries in 1 remote were bad. TV in bedroom upstairs did get local channels but that only because somebody was already logged on with their account.
