This quaint little home was great for our stay. Everything was a quick walk or Uber/Lyft away. The showers and sinks are snug, but doable. The mattresses on all of the beds should definitely be replaced. We appreciated the sound machines in all of the rooms. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Great stay! Location is prime to the good restaurants. The farther south you go down king a lot of it is just shopping. Glad we stayed North. House was very comfortable and cozy and felt like home. Bathroom sinks were small but for a few days it was no problem, we were just happy to have our own bathrooms. Also glad this place comes with a parking space since we had a rental car. However it was a bit tricky navigating the driveway with other Airbnb guests in the other units. They should really label it “super compact cars only” or have better directions on where exactly guests are supposed to park as there seemed to be confusion. Would definitely stay here again except maybe not in the summer. We stayed in December and the downstairs temperature compared the upstairs was drastically different. And the upstairs was generally too warm if it was over 65 outside. Also I know there is a noise ordinance but our neighbors definitely did not follow that rule as they had loud parties until 3am Friday and Saturday night…. Construction did not bother us. TLDR: would I stay again? Yes, but in cooler months and I would just hope that our neighbors next time follow the noise ordinance rules. (I think they were renters in another unit and unfortunately you just can’t control that sometimes) Otherwise great!
