With 1bd/1ba, this luxurious 2nd-floor condo comfortably fits groups of up to 3 people! The property is located on Rutledge Avenue in Charleston's Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, so parking and proximity won’t be an issue! As you enter through your own private entrance, you’ll be met by the warm essence of “Rutledge Avenue Inn B”. Step inside to find the living room - featuring a cozy sitting area where you may relax and enjoy the large HDTV included for your comfort. As you continue towards the rear of the home, you’ll find the bright open floor plan of the combined dining/kitchen area. The connected dining space includes a small dining area with seating for four plus additional seating for 2 at the countertop. For your convenience, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all of the basic cooking/kitchenware. The bedroom is also accessed through the living room - featuring a queen-sized bed, private full bath, and its own TV for you to enjoy while sitting in bed.
Guests have access to an off-street parking space for one mid-size or smaller vehicle. Large trucks & SUV's will not fit in this parking space.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Ice Bing, Goulette, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops and fashion boutiques – as well as an endless list of buzzing restaurants. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel

We loved our stay in Charlston! Taylor's place was so clean and comfortable! we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Really great place we were happy we stayed here. need and linens all comfortable. great kitchen! Bathroom updated and nice, and parking. swret place! There is a flight of stairs to get up to the apartment if that an issue for you. There aren't any of the main attractions around the neighborhood. So you need to catch a bus 3 blocks away. But it is free! even though we had a rental car there isn't many places to park downtown. the neighborhood was nice and quiet and felt safe. thank you Taylor! it was a great home away from home!

Hey Taylor, We really enjoyed our stay in Unit C of 196 Rutledge. The old Inn has a great old Charleston feel that we were looking for, but it doesn't sacrifice on comfort. All the appliances were new and modern and the place was very clean and comfortable. The Heat/AC worked great. Plenty of hot water for back to back showers. Other reviews had mentioned street noise, but I found it to be very infrequent and not bad when it was present. The location is very good. Several breakfast spots just a 2 or 3 blocks away. King Street is a 5 minute walk. The food in Charleston is outstanding. I strongly suggest all your guests that enjoy seafood check out the Darling Oyster House on King. We had a dinner of all appetizers and it was one incredible taste after the next. We needed to have a late check out time due to a late flight and it was graciously granted with no extra charges. To wrap up, next time I come to Charleston I would stay here again. --Kyle
