With 1bd/1ba, this luxurious 2nd-floor condo comfortably fits groups of up to 3 people! The property is located on Rutledge Avenue in Charleston's Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, so parking and proximity won’t be an issue! As you enter through your own private entrance, you’ll be met by the warm essence of “Rutledge Avenue Inn B”. Step inside to find the living room - featuring a cozy sitting area where you may relax and enjoy the large HDTV included for your comfort. As you continue towards the rear of the home, you’ll find the bright open floor plan of the combined dining/kitchen area. The connected dining space includes a small dining area with seating for four plus additional seating for 2 at the countertop. For your convenience, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all of the basic cooking/kitchenware. The bedroom is also accessed through the living room - featuring a king-sized bed, private full bath, and its own TV for you to enjoy while sitting in bed.
Guests have access to an off-street parking space for one mid-size or smaller vehicle. Large trucks & SUV's will not fit in this parking space.

Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary, and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Tippling House Wine Bar,The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Bistronomy, Barsa, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish, Pink Cactus, Chasing Sage, Elliotborough Minibar and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. Publix is conveniently located nearby on Lockwood Drive as well. The neighborhood is also within walking distance to CofC, MUSC, Roper, and the Citadel

The home was comfortable and clean and in the perfect location for walking to the restaurants and bars we wanted to try, and perfect driving distance to some of the other sites. Stay Duvet was easy to communicate with throughout.
